i-GO Bracing

Product Design & Customer Experience  ‣ Over 2,000 times a day, medical professionals worldwide apply United Surgical products to alleviate pain and restore function to their patients. To deliver a retail product experience to match its next-level mindset, we worked with the i-GO team to observe that people seeking a support or brace in a CVS or Walgreen's will rarely try the product there. Some break the carton's seal to examine the product, but are unsure which can best fit┬átheir needs and how to try it on. Trying the product means setting the carton aside so that both hands can be used. Unfortunately, instruction for how and when to use the support is on that carton. i-GO products can be opened with a simple press and the package can remain hooked to the shelf. We designed interaction on the website to be equally simple.°
