Alder Creek Housing

Identity & Graphic Design  ‣ Alder Creek Condominiums is an affordable housing development located in Paso Robles, on California's central coast. Investec Real Estate Development asked us to design a “memorable but unpretentious” identity that would echo the character of the area, which is known for its rolling hills, majestic oaks and rural lifestyle. We created a logo of muted teal and gold on a saddle background, with name set uppercase in a wedge-serif typeface. We then designed a brochure to communicate the floor plans, interior features and amenities available to prospective owners and help them become oriented with the community and surrounding area.°
